^The process of drawing up my awkward interpretation for Leah’s tat…
The scan took some of the light coloring off, so I put both that and a phone pic of the final on here.
Asked someone to give me a vegetable, a fruit, and a protein to work with and created my own concoction. I felt pretty happy with how it turned out - I was honestly surprised it tasted so bomb. (I’ll admit I kind of cheated on the vegetables this time around.) But I think I might do this more often: ask different people to give me three different things and have to come up with a meal out of them(:
Another attempt of mine at the piano… It’s even shorter than the last, but it’s the only hopeful sounding bit I could come up with tonight. I have an idea where I want to go with it, but my hands don’t know how to cooperate at the same time too well just yet. I hope I have more time to dink around and get used to a piano next semester.
A little snippet of something I made up on piano earlier this evening in the basement of my school’s music department… It’s probably nothing impressive, but I’m proud of it since I don’t really play piano or even know what the notes of the keys are :P …I had to text my girlfriend to ask for the note of one key so I could attempt to write down what I’d made up, but to be honest, I still have no clue what I wrote down on that paper.
Don’t worry - rest easy, lay your head and dream sweetly for the both of us…
I’ll stay wide awake, distraught and uneasy, caring enough for the both of us.
